3. Why we collect it and how we use it

When personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and we are not required by law to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
6. Client data handled on behalf of agencies
Where we perform technical work that involves access to a client's analytics accounts, ad platforms, or data systems on behalf of an agency, we treat that data as confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. We do not retain, copy, or use that data for any other purpose. All such access is governed by the terms agreed between us and the engaging agency.
7. Cookies and website analytics
